Choose from general ward, special room AC or non-AC, deluxe room, or semi-special non-AC room, subject to availability and emergency priority.

Indoor patient bed and treatment charges are payable as per tariff and class of occupancy.

For surgery, surgery charges must be paid in advance in addition to the admission deposit.

Routine discharges are processed until 6:00 PM. Earlier deposit bills and payment receipts must be returned before the final bill is issued.

Bed and operation theatre availability

Booking of bed and operation theatre is subject to availability or emergency priority.

Payment modes

Payments are accepted by cash, credit card, and QR. Emergency billing support is available on the ground-floor billing counter from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Accommodation options

  • General ward is available for male and female patients.
  • Special rooms are available in AC and non-AC options.
  • Deluxe room and semi-special non-AC room categories may be available subject to hospital occupancy.

Billing and deposits

  • Bed charges are payable as per the hospital tariff structure.
  • Treatment charges vary according to the class of occupancy.
  • Interim bill amounts may be provided daily to the patient's relative.
  • When the bill exceeds the deposit amount, another deposit plus any balance amount must be paid according to the class of admission.

Transfer of the patient

  • At transfer from ICU to ward, the whole bill must be cleared before transfer and the deposit for the new ward must be paid.
  • Patients may be transferred to another ward or internally within the same ward if required.
  • For transfer from lower class to higher class, bed and treatment charges apply as per the higher class from the date of change.
  • For transfer from higher class to lower class, charges apply from the date of change, except surgery-linked billing may remain at the higher-class rate as stated in the PPT.

Discharge and bed vacation

  • Routine discharges are processed until 6:00 PM.
  • Previous deposit bills and payment receipts must be returned to the billing counter before the final bill is issued.
  • Once physical discharge is given, the patient is expected to vacate the bed within one hour.
  • One day of hospital billing is counted from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight.
